How does this site work?
First click on the order button of the file you would like to purchase. You will then be guided to a shopping cart where you will pay using your preferred method of payment either a credit card or Paypal. After payment is made, you will be sent to a download page for immediate download of your file. Each file is zipped to make them smaller. You will need to unzip each file using a software that does this. If you have any questions, or have problems downloading, please don't hesitate to contact us.
What program do I use for these files?
All files were created using Adobe Photoshop. Files will be downloaded unflattened and able to be edited completely. In general all files should work on all versions of Photoshop. Actions and some brushes will not work in some PS Elements. Please check with your version of Photoshop for clarification. We do not offer refunds on downloadable items. In general, it is best to use Photoshop 7.0 or higher to use these files. Thank you.
Do you offer cd burning and shipping of the files?
At this time we do not offer this. We offer instant downloads only.
Do you offer custom design?
Yes we do. Please visit our link Custom Design under the Products pages. Are you needing a card announcement, but you have no clue how to use Photoshop? We offer design of cards, announcements, etc. for the fees listed under Custom Design.
Who do you recommend for printing?
We recommend using www.whcc.com or www.mpix.com. Unless otherwise specified, please pay attention to the labs specification for bleeds. Some of our products have the designs with .25 inch bleed. It will say in the notes of the product.
