By purchasing Shabby Chick Design Shoppe's files, designs or any digital Elements including templates, overlays, card designs, borders, and frames (hereafter known as the Product), you are agreeing that the Product is the property of Shabby Chick Design shoppe or respective designer and sold to you as a single user. This website and files purchased are for small home-businesses, scrappers-for-hire, individual photographers, individual graphic designers and such who wish to use our products to create items (i.e. custom scrapbook pages/albums, announcement cards, etc.) for their clients. This is NOT for items reproduced in mass quantity for mass distribution NOR for re-selling our products. At this time, a commercial use license is not available. Please read the terms and requirements carefully. By obtaining the Limited Professional Use License, you are bound to this Terms and Requirements of Limited Professional Use License below:
You have the right:

To install and use the Product on a single computer and a single laptop. To copy and modify the Product for your own personal use. To copy and modify the Product for use and outlined below only.

You do NOT have the right:

To share, loan, rent, resell, or distribute the original digital Product or the modified digital Product either individually or in a collection. To use the Product on more than one computer and one laptop at a time. To make copies of the Product other than for back-up purposes.

Professional Photographers you have the right:
1) You may utilize our Products for the production of layouts and cards for your clients.
2) You may provide the materials to the client in a digital format for preview purposes as long as it is flattened version and complete and not able to be used by the client as a template.
3) You may use the digital product on online shops as part of the website design - be it yours or ones that you create for your clients, provided that the "Images" are used are in 72 dpi at the maximum and that proper credit to www.shabbychickdesignshoppe.com is always given;
4) You may use any "Images" to create altered-things or decorative hand-crafted items for your own personal use or for selling as long as the total amount produced is not massed produced and that proper credit to www.shabbychickdesignshoppe.com is always given;
5) You may use the digital product in the artwork for product packaging, CD or DVD cover art, magazines, newspapers, books, eBooks, multi seat license electronic textbooks, book covers, textbooks, editorials provided that the manufacturing or print run of such CDs or DVDs, magazines, newspapers, etc. does not exceed twenty thousands (20,000) copies in the aggregate and that proper credit to Shabby Chick Design Shoppe at www.shabbychickdesignshoppe.com is given;
6)You may use the digital product in multimedia presentations and incorporated into film and video for broadcast use, and theatrical display only where the intended audience will consist of fewer than fifty thousands (50,000) viewers and that proper credit to Shabby Chick Design Shoppe at www.shabbychickdesignshoppe.com is given;

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances, including negligence, Shabby Chick Design Shoppe be responsible for any damages or loss that result from the use of, or inability to use the Product.
